Team Coop – Hitec Products are heading to France in July to race just about the biggest event on the UCI calendar – the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. Since the race’s launch in 2022, it has been the team’s ambition to receive an invite to this incredible event and get in on the racing action over the 8 stages.
I think that this is the biggest race you can do and I really hope to get a spot on the team. I will at least do my best to have the best shape of my life at that time – was Tiril Jørgensen’s reaction to the exciting news.

Due to a busy race calendar this month, many of the riders are already in Belgium living and training together, making the news even more exciting:
Me and Sigrid were out riding when we got the message. My father called me, and i didn’t answer at first because “I’m at work”. But then he called me again and I had to hear what was so important. Me and Sigrid (Haugset) screamed of joy when we got the news! I actually thought that it was a joke at first because it is such a big dream to even have the chance to race there.”
After a season plagued by illness and injury thus far, this news is exactly what the team needed and are delighted to be invited. The rider selection will be decided closer to the event so stay tuned on our social media channels!
But before even starting to think about the Tour de France Femmes, it’s time for the big one this Sunday – Amstel Gold Ladies which will be live on GCN and Eurosport, so make sure to catch the girls then!
