A most beautiul race from the girls in the hard course in Lillehammer. The first 2 rounds Janicke, Tone and Thea attacked the peloton constantly before Vita got away in the hill on the 3d round. Cecilie got a free ride up to her following a break of 4, which she attacked in the 4th round and got up to Vita. The duo rode together until the start of the 6th round when Vita had to let go. Cecilie went on alone up the hill, then Ingrid Lorvik (CK Victoria) attacked, but was followed closely by Miriam. Miriam attacked Ingrid and joined Cecilie just before the top, and got 12 seconds to Lorvik. They rode well together on the last round and Miriam could cross the line first to her first national jersey with good margin. As usual Emilie wrapped up the group sprint for 4th place.

The team raced the womens version of the GP de Cholet in France. Oceania Champ Lauren Kitchen crashed in the middle of the race but was brought back in the peloton by season debutant Thea Thorsen and Julie Leth. After active racing we managed to form a break of 18 girls with Tatiana and Miriam, which later was reduced to only 12 girls. In the final kilometers, Miriam attacked together with Cordon (Wiggle Honda) and Rivat (Futuroscope) and in the sprint Cordon was the strongest. Miriam’s 3d place is her first UCI-podium and her best international result so far. Tatiana Guderzo finished 11th. The full results can be seen here.

Miriam fought well on against the overwhelming big European teams and under the circumstances a 13th place is a good performance, although she was dissapointed. Stultiens of Nederland won the race from a break.
The national criterium championships in Norway was a new success for the team. Miriam broke away after 10 rounds and soloed to victory. In the following bunch sprint Emilie and Tone completed the podium.
