For the second time in 3 years we visited the friendly Thailand and as last time we were really close to win the tour. Despite a bad start where we lost Nina Kessler with stomach problems on the stage designated for her, Tone pulled a good leadout for Cecilie to sprint to 6th place. On the second stage, Miriam finished 5th. On the last queen stage, we lost Ingvild due to the heat, but a long breakaway with Tone proved successful, as Miriam and Cecilie bridged to the group, whereby Miriam rode away with 4 other riders. One rider attacked from the group, Somrat (Thailand), with a big advantage enough to win the GC. Miriam attacked from the other 4 with 4 km to go and cruised in to her first podium this year, a second place on the stage which proved enough to 3d place in GC. Cecilie ended on a 9th place and Tone 21th overall. Miriam also took the Queen of Mountain Jersey.

A major success for the team in this stage race, although not in the GC. The TTs and TTTs made us out of contention in the first 2 days. After that it was just positive. Fantastic teamwork, 6th place on Emilie on stage 3, 2d on Susanne on stage 4 (Our and her first UCI-podium this year), followed by our first victory of the season on stage 5 by Emilie. She blessed the team as soon as she finished for the good help to win this stage. Our best rider in the GC was Thea Thorsen on 31th place.

It was a great day for Finnish Lotta Lepisto (Bigla), who won her first womens world tour race, but for our team it was anything but great, Emilie was our best on 45th place, and Simona on 85th was our only other rider to finish the race.

The team raced agressively and had both Thea and Emilie in breakaways in the first half of the race. Emilie was in her second breakaway into the Oude Kwaremont when her break got caught. Unfortunately we just missed a break of 16 riders on the top of the climb. The break went all the way and Lotta Lepisto (Cervelo Bigla) won. Nina won the peloton sprint and secured some points for 17.place. It was the debut of first year elite Susanne Andersen, who finished the race some ime after the leaders and peloton.

Season debut in sunny Italy for 3 of our girls, Ingvild, Cecilie and Katrine. The race started in Taino in a fierce tempo, and a big crash after 8 kilometers took down many riders, luckily none of ours. Before the first big hill after 35 km, Simona was in a breakaway with 2 other girls. On the 4 km long hill, the peloton split in several groups, and Cecilie, Ingvild and Simona where in the dropped groups. Vita and Katrine stayed with the first big group while Miriam managed to fight her way back to the main peloton after some impressive downhill riding. Later Miriam had to let the first group go, and the last 2 local laps we only had Katrine & Vita in the first group. Katrine was very convincing in her first WWT race, and her first race of the season after a recent illness. No doubt that our strongest rider of the day was Vita, When the leading group got smaller and smaller she was always at the front. On the final kilometers Katrine was dropped with 8 other riders, and only 26 riders where left in the lead. Vita sprinted to a 14th place and her first WWT points, while Coryn Rivera (Sunweb) was the surprise winner.

The race was held in the spectacular city of Siena, but the course was much harder than in 2016. It started well for us, when we brought Miriam in 4th position onto the first gravel section. Then she punctured, got a new wheel from Nina, but the rythm was sisturbed for Miriam. Our other hope of the day, Emilie, also suffered a puncture at a time when there where no car behind her. Miriam finished in the third group of the race, quite dissaponted, while former team mate Elisa Longo Borghini (Wiggle High 5) won the race.

Just when it looked like Thea Thorsen would make her first great result of 2017, she punctured out of the break that went on to win. From the break somewhat surprising Sheyla Gutierres (Cylance) won the race.
